A while back I wrote a little bit about my current baking project.
It was truly a project 'in the making'.
The kind that requires patience, perseverance, and a hell of a lot of strength.
And then in the early evening of this past Tuesday, February 16th, my bun was finally finished baking. It topped the scales at 4560 grams (just a hair over 10 lbs.) and is every bit as plump, sweet, and delicious as these pictures make him appear.
