Went through your recipe box and saw the one for geitost bling. First had it 6 years ago when we went to Scandanavia with Heather. I loved it, and the only place I've ever seen it since was Surdyck's in Minneapolis.
The pictures are treat. Is the top one of a mountain covered with snow, or clouds?
Merry Christmas to all of you.

The Bugle linked to your Solstice post today, with a reminder that your blog can always be found on the Bugle blog page. Glad she did it because I kept meaning to check on your butter situation. Hope you have electricity again. Anchorage has had lots of outages too.
