A grass (and snow) covered rooftop down the street
The very same fantastic yellow house and bicycle (and basket) photographed here in August.
The top of the neighbor's mailbox hut.
Remnants of the fall...
A perfectly good reason to stay inside tonight.

And now my New Year's Resolutions for 2010:
1. Bake more pies
2. Learn to cook a new cuisine, such as this or this
3. Wash the kitchen floor more often
4. Become a good mom
5. Take a walk outside everyday
6. Learn to make a decent sourdough
7. Hike up this mountain
8. Learn to correctly pronounce "sausage" in Norwegian
9. Become a better gardener
10. Keep up with The Transplanted Baker with a new baby in the house
And so I say "goodbye" to 2009 and wish you all a safe and snazzy New Year's Eve. If you're looking for a nice way to welcome in 2010, check back tomorrow for a jammy breakfast recipe that you're sure to be able to make using what you have on hand in the cupboards and fridge.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
-Siri

Happy New Year! Isn't this time of year so great for reevaluating things and making new goals?

Wash the kitchen floor more often? I'd have to agree with you about the Cooking Korean blog though,it has me intrigued as well. The mommy part will come naturally to you, I already know that. And, I want BA to say sausage, not sure if I've ever heard it said.
