The last few knekkebrød got eaten up before there was time to give you a few more topping suggestions. My apologies for that, but at least I can say they aren't sitting in a box in the back of the cupboard. That's a good sign, right?
Today you're being given a sneak-peak at the current ingredient taking up half the space in our refrigerator (to be fair, European refrigerators are a good deal smaller than American ones).
